You can get about the same antibiotic effect, without killing of your gut flora, by taking oil of oregano and cinnamon bark oil. It can be done every meal, perhaps alternating the oils on a meal by meal basis. And on the viral side, keeping your blood levels of vitamin D up in the 90 ng/mL range. That’s not medical advice for you, just sharing info. But if you have the interest, feel free to research it.
Staph and other bacterial infections can be knocked out with a few ozone therapy sessions. You would be stunned at how quickly it works, if you tried it. I had multiple co-infections in 2014, and after the first ozone session, my neck lymphnodes drained within 2 hours (after being swollen for months). But you need to find a really good practitioner of IV therapies.
