Sounds like you visited the wrong coast. We don't have sand fleas on the west coast. Now the heat, that's something to stay away from if you can't handle it. But the freedom is the best reason to live in FL.

There's always beautiful Saint Marys, GA.

We are near the ocean but without as many hurricanes as Florida and very few liberal transplanted Yankees. My precinct voted 67% for Trump with a 70% turnout.
