***some sort of infra or ultra sound, and showed me a few additional exercises. Several treatments every week for about 2 months-better almost immediately though***

Interesting lead for sciatica. Occasionally I get asked what is available for sciatica. My son has lumbar/sacrum surgery pending for 'radiculopathy'; good to know information if his surgery does not succeed very much.

SLIDE WARNING:

Since I have a good chance of fractures, I had done quite a bit of reading. Chiropractic data on results for back pain and compressed disc was better than surgical.

So when the sciatica hit, I immediately did a search on the internet and printed of some graphics/directions for those exercises.

One of the Videos I watched was the Dr. that had to rehab from a car accident. He talked about how often each part of the body replaces itself, nutrition, etc.
