I am in central Missouri, I have a co-OP electric service, CoMo electric. We received a call as well as a text today asking us to conserve usage, similar to a peak alert we sometimes see in the summer during a heatwave.

SmartHub Co-Mo is issuing an energy conservation alert from 6PM to 8PM tonight, Feb 15th and from 7AM to 9AM tomorrow, Feb 16th. For more information, go to SmartHub www.co-mo.coop.

No mention of rolling blackouts yet.
