I remember my dad saying “walmart” was just a copycat getting unearned name recognition by mashing up “Walgreens” and “K-Mart”. I guess we didn’t know about the Waltons back then.

I loved those two stores when I was little, the floor boards cracked as you walked and you got the very best Tomato, Lettuce and Bacon sandwiches ever!!!
