As a result of being denied a portion of his rightful 2nd term he will, be default be allowed to have a proper second term as well. And, if properly presented, the court will not have to decide an election, nor invalidate ballots nor disenfranchise any voters.
If it can be shown that there were 2 elections, one legitimate and one illegitimate, then SCOTUS can simply affirm the legitimate and invalidate the illegitimate.
What might be key is the statement of ending counting as marker for the end of the election.
The civil actions against those who propagated (conspired) on the illegitimate election can proceed.
