It appears she came on the scene in San Diego 3 years ago when she and her husband bought a pool maintenance service from another party. According to a man interviewed, she then began having “rants” with customers and a service man told the man that she’d done this a number of times and they’d lost other customers.
That seems quite odd - sabotaging your own business.
