They’ve only dropped the investigation arising from Horowitz’s 2018 referral.
This has nothing to do with Durham’s investigation which is still ongoing.

BREAKING: DOJ has *dropped* pursuit of criminal charges against MCCABE

EXPLANATION:
What happened was Andy McCabe’s lawyer was informed by DOJ that the criminal investigation into the matters that had been referred to the DOJ by Inspector General Horowitz was done and there would be no indictment.
Kyle Cheney posted that on his twitter with the image of the letter from DOJ attached. John Cardillo responded to Cheney that Horowitz’s matter was not the same as what John Durham was investigating with respect to the Russia Hoax, and Durham was still investigating.
No apology necessary! Most of us have gotten stuff confused far too many times. Keep posting please.
