The woman did not look like a happy person - like many demonkkkraps who lived their lives in their own fantasy bastions of leftism telling everyone else how they should live - then moving somewhere else and find out that they are on the outside. Instead of staying in Boston and paying the high taxes she supported she moved to low tax FL. Anyone looking to enjoying retirement would not naturally gravitate in her direction at a party, or other social functions.
Exactly. If The Villages was a Democrat stronghold this article would have had a completely different slant.

It sounds like retirement community life is just like regular life. You have to find your crowd no matter what age you are.
I’ve spent enough time up in the Villages on business (and know a few residents)to say that imo, the “orgy” talk is just that - talk.
This woman doesn’t think she fits in apparently. Meanwhile there are probably 500+ clubs and organizations she can choose to take part in up there. If she can’t find something in that regard, then maybe she should look in the mirror.
I’d rather be in a cabin in the woods like many here, but I’ve played golf my whole life - at times as a profession. Most others have worked their asses off their whole lives to live there and enjoy the golf and all the other amenities and friends. I can never fault anyone for that. Never.

In other words, The Villages has too much personal Freedom, too many icky American flags, they read the wrong books, and they think the wrong thoughts.

And we were rebelling against our commie professors who were the product of the 1960s. I used to have so much fun telling them I didn’t trust anybody over 30. LOLOL. In their arrogance they thought they’d be young forever. Nobody was ever supposed to be younger than them.
Unfortunately, they had a lot of leftist millennial kids who are causing all sorts of problems now.
