About that... Is there any independent confirmation that this hologram
really appeared over the capitol? I can’t find it.
Hologram projectors are a thing, yes. You can get small ones for your
smartphone, you can get turntables, and you can get a nice clean sheet of glass to reflect off of, and produce a video like this of your very own.
(But no one outside would see anything over the Capital Dome.)
Find real web cam video of this, and I’ll be happy to dive deeper.

Someone replied earlier that the “hologram” was inserted, digitally (kinda like a WuFlu swab...).
