(There appears to be a dressing for a sucking chest wound on her left side in the evacuation video. Was trying to work out how a round would enter and deflect or richochet and exit at that point. Have to see the autopsy which they will presumably bury for several years...)

Thanks for the additional info. There does appear to be some kind of transparent adhesive dressing or something on her left shoulder area between her chin and the EMT’s hand.
It still bugs me that the ET tube wasn’t secured externally. Even though there is a “balloon” holding it in internally, it is prone to slippage if not properly secured. Also, that much blood in the tube is a very bad sign.
Also bothersome is the no C-Collar (neck-brace) nor did she appear to be secured to the back board. It doesn’t matter how much in rush you are, you always package the patient securely!
I wonder if we will ever see the autopsy report...
