Looks like a brand new, total empty shell of a site, so far. No articles, the “about” and “terms of use” are full of Lorem ipsum stuff. Proceed with caution. Who knows who put it there? Maybe it's harvesting email addresses, or something.

I heard JOS talking about it a few weeks ago in an interview. He set up a site for others to host their websites, links, videos, etc. If I remember correctly, it was an idea that was put on hold and not to be brought out until a future date. That all changed when the Twitter purge happened and may be why it's still currently a work in progress. Maybe some others heard that interview and can add more. He also said that he assisted Dave/X22 with changes to his website.
