No it does t get stronger it is what it is. Who coined the term transfection? It is a meaningless term meant to cause fear. I understand virology and genetics and understand how the vaccine works

So, you didn’t even bother to look up “Transfection” - it’s not a newly coined term or “a meaningless term meant to cause fear”.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transfection
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RNA_transfection
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RNA_vaccine

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/medical/how-does-johnson-26-johnsons-covid-19-vaccine-stack-up-against-shots-from-pfizer-and-moderna/ar-BB1ddyvS

From the J&J link:
“Johnson & Johnson: some protection from infection begins as early as 14 days after the shot, with full protection measured 28 days after the jab. That protection may get even better as time goes on, though, as zero COVID-19 cases were reported in patients who’d been vaccinated for 49 days or more.”

I don’t profess to understand it all, but your willful ignorance/derision makes me wonder if you should be giving advice on how safe something is or isn’t just because your screenname has an “MD” in it.

Hi, Mom. Vax question: My MIL had covid in mid-December. Mild case (74 yo, no real health issues). Her doc wants her to get vaccine but she’s terrified. She had antibodies tested last week and they are positive. I told her hold off on vaccine for now...maybe retest abs in a few months. Do you still recommend vaccine if pt has positive antibodies?
