Well, people aren't supposed to sleep on the sidewalk! So why should anyone care if these vagrants are prevented from doing what they shouldn't be doing in the first place?

They shouldn't be f*cking on the sidewalks, either. So if they were to complain, "With all this racket going on, we can't f*ck in peace in broad daylight," why should any reasonable person care / intervene to help enable them to do what they shouldn't be doing in the first place?
