Yes, I saw the video of Ashli being shot and killed.
It’s manslaughter at a minimum and they have not announced anything in investigation.
I confess I did not watch the video. I have seen people killed in real life and would rather not. If it was my job to watch it (LE or lawyer or journalist or on jury duty or whatever) I would watch it. But it is not my job.
I know it must be hard for LE. They have a split second to decide, while we have all the time in the world to pick over their decisions. So many questions, though. Did the shooter think she had a weapon? Why did he think she was an imminent danger to himself or others?

Apparently it’s never-ending. It was all staged, they were all crisis actors, her death was faked, there is no such person as Ashli Babbitt, etc. I guess some people believe what they want to believe and there is no reasoning with them. I understand the skepticism, after all trust in our institutions has broken down (with good reason), our media outlets are biased, etc. Still, this is getting beyond ridiculous.
