Right? I would hazard a guess that the poster has never been to Amarillo, Lubbock or Midland. If so, then they would know. Don’t move there.
In threads like this, I always repeat my advice. Kerrville Texas. In the heart of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Great schools and great hospitals and an hour away from San Antonio or Austin.
I always suggest Waco, Dalhart, or Dumas.
Why would anyone move to Midland? It’s the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life.
Just looked at Kerrville Texas on Zillow. They have trees!
