Well, you obviously know snow - it would be nice to escape it, but I’ll probably live in Wisconsin until the day I die. If my situation changes, the plan is to move to Tennessee. Or Spain. ;)
And, we have a Ford F350! It’s a 2000-something Diesel with an extra gas tank and all sorts of doors and storage on it for Beau’s tools. She IS a BEAST; I need a ladder to get up in her! It’s always my job to pump the brakes when Beau is bleeding/re-filling the lines.
She’s plugged in for the winter right now, but she started, yesterday!
So why does every northerner mention Tennessee to retire to but not Kentucky? Just curious, LOL.
Also, I received my first of two shipments from Baker Creek, and my DH is happy. He said, “we have a lot of old seeds we can toss out”. I said, “Whoa! Don’t throw any of that out! Let me see if anyone on the Garden Thread wants that.” So, if anyone wants old seeds, let me know! I haven’t looked at what we have since last spring (we didn’t plant last spring though), and I’ll send it along. I will take the first THREE requests - and split up the packets as evenly as possible. Some are maybe not viable, being over two years old, some over five years old, but they are free for the asking. Just reply to this post instead of private message.
