I’ll be starting my tomato seeds this next week.
I start tomatoes here (Zone 4/5) in SW Wisconsin in late March, but I may start earlier depending upon what they predict the spring weather to be - and I can move things to the greenhouse, earlier. I plan on it being ‘Tomato-Palooza’ this season - I am low on all my usually canned goods. MY bad. I goofed around last season with Determinates - not enough production. Back to my tried and true varieties.
NEGATIVE 15 (-15) when I got up at 7am this morning - but it’s a POSITIVE 15 in the greenhouse, LOL! 100% sunny day.
This should be the worst of whatever frigid air Canada is ‘blessing’ us with this week!
Can’t tell you all how HAPPY I am that we installed a new furnace fall before last! :)
