Good assessment. Seems that if you get a liberal judge there is no law oly politics. At least with a supposed conservative judge, one who still obeys the constitution, justice still has a chance.
One thing few of us realize is that every move the left makes is political. They are political 24/7— 365 and never leave the world of politics. They are that marginal.
I don’t think the judges are showing ideological colors.
They don’t want to be the one’s who open the can of worms that makes it look like they are deciding the election.
They are abrogating their Constitutional duty in fear of retribution from only one side.
BLM/Antifa, which is fully funded and supported by the left who weild authority.
Meaning, the left won’t have the judges back if he rules.
The judge’s home and family are not safe.
