That’s exactly how I took it. The CEO wanted to sell out and buckle to Amazon thus becoming Twitter lite. I wonder if he was even trying to set up a web presence with alternative servers. I suspect he didn’t care at all about the original vision he just wanted to take the easiest path to making himself rich.

That’s $64,0000 question. I don’t think the owners are even sure. But hearing Bongino’s response gave me more optimism. It sounds like the current owners can come up with the bucks to make the transition if they want to which is probably necessary because it sounds like no bank will loan it to them with the current media hysteria. If they had just decided to wash their hands of the venture I doubt they would have gone to the trouble of firing the CEO and expressing a commitment to their original vision. We’ll see. If you still have the app I wouldn’t delete it just yet.

99.9% chance that the app won’t work even when Parler is up. You’ll have to use a browser.
I have no intention of deleting it. I enjoyed the platform and I’m looking forward to it coming back.
Just my deduction and thanks for seeing it that way, You can see he’s mad, and speaking vaguely by dropping hints due to the legal stuff, but we know how to connect the dots here..
