close to quitting newspaper....

not giving to national charities...will try to give to local charities that we can track.....

I know we all need some entertainment but if we can, buy cd's and dvds from garage sales or charity thrift stores....

Same here. I’ve found life goes on very nicely without all of those, better in fact. And I’m determined to get more active and involved in my local community. (Not that I wasn’t before, but even more now)

Yes, I’m trying to find everything secondhand.

I’m really enjoying the book hunt, no more ‘books’ that aren’t printed to paper.

No more books from living politicians or media personalities.
