Is it possible that within the scope of a PEAD under The Insurrection Act that POTUS can dissolve all courts within the jurisdiction of the PEAD?
I don’t know but, that might explain why CJ Roberts declined the impeachment and “sequestered” the SCOTUS.
I see they have made some “bench rulings” on matters before the court before Jan 11.
Anything normal after January 11?
