Cletus, add this to your list of tells, and it's a big one IMHO. There is no plan for the traditional SOTU speech to Congress. None. It's neither being planned, nor is the press bringing the subject up. That alone is extremely odd.

No SOTU speech can be taken off the list of tells. Carter is the last President to give a SOTU address in his first year.
