Some sort of green stuff has been on that mantle since back to at least Pres. Clinton.
The stuff there today looks somewhat the same as was there for Pres. Trump.
It was somewhat different for Pres. Obama. & Pres. Bush & Pres. Clinton and appeared to be changed every now and again...but the essential theme remained the same.
