It looks like biden’s been dipped feet first in iodine up to his neck.
This is what I see tonight. Camera zooms in on the spot, the arrow points to the blob which has a rounded bottom edge. Biden then lowers his head, the shape becomes triangular on his neck. (whenever the vid is paused there’s that white arrow hiding the spot I want to see)
When the camera zooms to his forehead, it may be to show where the fake face make-up blends in with the forehead.
