You’re right; that dude was an instigator. I have no problem with the Confederate Flag, but to carry one into the Capitol ... see, that makes no sense at all. In that situation a Trump supporter would carry the good ol’ Stars and Stripes.

#30. I think that was possibly the only Confederate flag seen in photos from the demonstration. I think one photo was showing that same person outside before he went in. Now the question is, did he do any damage or commit acts of violent? If not, while I disagree with the use of the Confederate flag in this demonstration, if he did it peacefully, it was his first amendment right to do so.
