If the fraud can be proven to have happened after midnight on the 3rd (it can) then those results can be upheld and no “new election” needs be done.
There is no section or clause in the Constitution for a re-done election.
The results are to be accepted.

Agree. Been thinking the same thing.
But the ‘tracking of votes’ was only done with the Presidential elections, as I understand it. The down ticket fractional evidence may not be as good since it was pay to play. HOR 1.3 Senate new elections.
