Unless those Congresscritters are commissioned officers. The oath never expires. Officers can be “recalled” during times of National Emergency.

True, but the worst penalty for those articles pales in comparison to felonies. They are inconsequential compared to what they should face.

I’d enjoy being recalled - though I’m not retired nor in the reserves any longer, and darned sure can’t pass the physical any longer...but I can shuffle paper and wordsmith with the best of’em if my country needs me...be proud to serve again....sigh...
