Yes. I also think they rat each other out routinely, each tossing the “hot potato” to someone else in order to keep their own hands clean.
McCabe me be lobbing the potato with that memo post, or RR may be in the unhappy possession of said potato, or perhaps both (or moar) have spud problems with multiple layers.
