When the Pence/Ryan site was posted last time some tech person opined that it was actually first put up in 2018 IIRC. I of course have no clue, just want truth. I do remember that statement being made, hopefully tech people can determine the actual date of that side.
I remember someone here saying that it was first created in 2016 but was taken down when candidate Trump wasn’t forced out of the running. The site was put back up in 2018, possibly by the NSA/a white hat in order to expose the plot. I hope I’m remembering that correctly.
