Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

*National Guard troops that were withdrawn by Florida, Texas and others were actually replenished.
Lastly, The Department of State published that President Trump and VP Pence “resigned” on January 11, 2021.
Then retracted it, saying the website was altered by a disgruntled employee.
And, of course, we know about the thousands of NatGuard troops STILL in DC and all the fencing STILL in place…with the razor-wire installed on the INSIDE.
Everything is normal.

If it's as you say, and NYPD participation was made to go away, then how does this story even get written?
There were at least 12 people walking around saying how awful the content was. First hand accounts being shared until the SDNY demanded it be shut down and the first cop "died". There were reports that some the NYPD demanded action based on what their own told them.
It got written because it leaked before the DS cleanup crew went in and cops started dying.
It was Weiner who handed off his devices to Granite on 09/23/2016. How do you get around that?

Granite was given a receipt by FBI on 09/26/2016 for each item seized at 5:00 p.m.

The FBI agent affidavit that justifies the warrant claims "The subject's devices have been securely maintained since their transfer to the security firm's custody"

Pretty much all upper levels of NY are demonstrably bought and paid for so YES, the SDNY is in on it. Do you recall the ravings of the SDNY re the impeachment and their attempts (probably still continuing) to litigate against the POTUS. New York fell a long time ago (Deblasio, Cuomo etc.) so honest prosecutors are not thick on the ground there.
The warrant authorizes law enforcement to have access...no mention anywhere of NYPD or any LEO' outside the FEDs.
The warrant was "inaccurate", just like the fabricated court case against Mike Flynn, both impeachments of President Trump, the Ukraine non-crime etc. All those subpoenas. Just like Hillary's "mid-year review". Lying on a warrant would take less than 1 minute in Deep State New York.

You claim "it is known" based on the FBI? When did the FBI become the standard of truth? The Trump administration never openly attacked the FBI despite its illicit actions. An early Q drop, now replaced, said that the FBI informed Q that if a 'certain person' were detained, the FBI would 'cease to exist'. I can see why Horowitz allowed the details of the laptop to "belong to the FBI".
What's not even close to being true is "...a NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner," It's not the highest rank under Commissioner. NYPD has a bazillion chiefs. I stopped calling\emailing\ chasing those too.
