To: Son House

You have done a great job of explaining things. We vary in our understanding of math and logic, and that’s a shame really. Too many people are very uninformed in that area, and thus become, well, dummies. Can’t think of a better word without writing a long screed.

Another way to see it is our interest are our strengths, for some, math, for others it may be sewing;
point being try to understand one an-other’s interest.

And yes, some need guidance to truly find their interest, example is a 41 year old man, spent most of
his adult life with drinking problems, and he was hung over or still drunk as I discreetly gave him a
lecture on figuring out and pursuing his real interest instead of falling for the idea consuming alcohol
is fun. He thank me as we parted in a way I thought it must have sunk in a bit and hopefully a lot.
