...It’s a listing of logos associated with Castle Rock.
That’s the logo on the guy’s hat at the inauguration or speech or whatever it was.
The point is, someone there had apparel which talked about Castle Rock.
I did see the man with a cap with Castle Rock logo and iirc said “Castle Rock” too.
If this was written as a novel it would be thought too unbelievable.
I hope it will all be written into a book.
