Yes - they reported that last year Biden got onto one of his speechwriters for penning a line Biden insisted he would, "never say." The speechwriter reminded him that he (the speechwriter) had lifted the line from an appearance Biden had made a few weeks prior.
I guess Biden has plagiarized so much during his career that he doesn't recognize his original thoughts.
