That’s not James Clapper. I transcribed the notes for this content before from a video posted by Lin Woods - it’s whistleblower @JohnHereToHelp.
THere’s a part 1 of the Clapper interview that’s also not Clapper (same person - @johnHereToHelp). I haven’t checked out other parts claiming to be of Clapper but I doubt any of it’s really him - why would the FBI release or leak this? It would damage the deep state.
I think they’re just trying to discredit people sharing info by spreading it around as James Clapper.
