Yes I did see that. Maybe American Thinker didn’t have the money to fight the lawsuit & decided it was cheaper to ink an apology? I’m not sure why they didn’t defend themselves.
Since, from what I’ve read, apparently evidence is legally defined as having been presented before court, and courts refused to see the evidence, maybe it was easier for AT to apologize, for now.
Maybe it was presented as proved fact instead of wording it as an argument?
