Since, from what I’ve read, apparently evidence is legally defined as having been presented before court, and courts refused to see the evidence, maybe it was easier for AT to apologize, for now.
Maybe it was presented as proved fact instead of wording it as an argument?
That legal definition of evidence is how the Clintons could always say… There is no evidence.... just like the Dems and the media are saying now about the election fraud… There is no evidence.
