A doctor friend has spread the word among out circle that the suddenly-drop-dead aspect of recovered COVID patients could be clotting leading to heart attack or stroke. Apparently clotting is a serious side-effect of this virus. So, he is trying to get the word out that people should be taking baby aspirin (I know, it's not called that any more). I don't know the medical implications of long-term baby aspirin use, but I may add it to the pile of D3, C, etc. that I am currently taking. I also don't know if he means you should take it when you are sick, or as a preventative regime. (I know, I am really a worthless conveyor of information ... short on actual facts ... which is made worse by my getting this third-hand.)
Just throwing that out here for those of you who may be interested in pursuing.
