This is a fight for our lives. Those who run away and attack our allies - and yes we have many allies in the Republican party - as they run away don’t deserve credit for anything but weakening our chances to fight back.

I had only become a Republican to vote for Trump in the primaries. Now I’m back to no party affiliation.
If Trump starts a new party, we will join that.
I can count our Gop allies on one hand. Stop with foolishness or maybe you won’t mind voting for Bush/Cheney in 2024.
You contact your local (usually a county office) registrar of voters office & request a new voter registration card, then when you have made your new selection, be sure to CANCEL your current registration.
KEEP COPIES of your paperwork.
Many states have ‘closed primaries’. Only can vote for candidates that belong to that party you registered for.

We certainly need a choice because we do not have one now.
But you’re still in the bluest state in the nation. Still supporting the bluest state government. Your votes for anything fedgov or state except for maybe your local state reps, doesn’t even matter.

Why joma, do you think that voting still matters?
Obviously Kevin thinks that changing party registration matters, but I really am at a loss to see why. Is there some plan to fix the vote steal apparatus? I can imagine some symbolic gesture that will pacify the hopeful and gullible, but why on earth would they change something that works so well for them?
I agree that we should not attack our “allies” if we could just know who they were. The word “Republican” does that for you? I see the intensity of your emotion and I am sympathetic, you feel you must “do something”, and it is very disturbing for you to face the truth of our situation. I do not correct you, brother, because I do not think that you do any harm, but I suggest you need not correct others if voting for the lesser of two evils in a future election is all you’ve got.
Perhaps you meant to say this the fight OF our lives. Or did you really mean that we are about to be killed? Either way, if that is true in any sense, please consider that we are way past anything that has to do with voting.
