The most interesting thing about that collection of photos is how no President shows his teeth until JFK. Then Johnson and Nixon don't but after that EVERY President has a toothy smile.
It's the transition from from serious job to show biz. I blame TV.

Iz interesting observation - look at all the ads on TV for implants - we are a society so concerned with outward appearances.
