I very much appreciate your comfort. All must be well when one is driven back to our Lord, by whatever painful means deemed necessary. Suffering is salvific, as well.
Should God will that our MIL step up, I too will step back in. Meanwhile, I’m believing it quite possible that God has sent this nation a hard message. I should respond to that possibility accordingly, and so I return my wondering gaze back to Him, and seek His healing of my way layed, broken heart.
