What we’re seeing in America was inevitable
American Thinker ^ | 18 Jan, 2021 | Martin Ingall

Trump’s election didn’t trigger what we see today; it was, instead, the culmination of more than 50 years of leftist attacks on America.

Leftists blame Trump for the chaos we see now, while people who don’t strongly support Trump wonder if the leftists have a point. They don’t. What we’re seeing now is the culmination of more than 50 years of leftist attacks on America’s social and political fabric.

Public schools pump out millions of inculcated teens every year and universities graduate millions of brainwashed young adults every year. In time, they have taken their places in society and the workforce. As a result, leftists now control the tools of culture -- the media and entertainment and even big tech and sports -- in addition to education.

The icing on the cake is 25 million and growing illegal immigrants creating a whole new constituency of soon-to-be-citizens. Likewise, when thinking about the levers of government, consider that almost all of the 22,000,000 people employed by federal, state, and local government in the United States are Democrat voters.

This was inevitable. This process has been going on for more than 50 years. We are now experiencing the inevitable outcome. All these forces were hurdling forward before Trump stepped up.

Democrats are ruthless, they take no prisoners, the ends justify the means, they go for the win, they play the long game, they are far more committed to their cause than Republicans and -- hear this – they have proven far smarter, more clever and more effective than the Republicans…basically in every way.

What are “progressives” progressing toward. I have never met a typical democRAT voter who could answer that question. The politicians probably all know, at least above the local government level. But, they are following Saul Alynsky’s advice to not tell the people what they plan to do because it would frighten them.

I have been telling all of you for YEARS that it is 30+ million illegal immigrants. Now, it has to be around 40 million. When are folks going to listen? Never?

I learned that teaching in the public schools and tried to tell people that too, for many, many years.

There can never be another honest election as long as those who stole this election are alive.

Leftists are devious, ruthless, and unconstrained by law or ethics. The only thing that matters is the acquisition and projection of political power.

They are also patient and understand winning incrementally is still winning. Too many on our side want total victory all at once. Short of that, they abandon the gridiron and go home, making it easier for the commies to keep advancing the ball down the field.

Here’s a plan. In 2022 dim0Kkkrats are projected to lose the house and the Senate. When we take those back, Trump should be made the new speaker, ICYDK, the speaker does not have to be an elected rep. Impeach and remove quid pro joe and camel face, BLAM, Trump becomes prez again and then could run again in 2024.

“It was, instead, the culmination of more than 50 years of leftist attacks on America.”

Mao’s “Long March” pulled off damned near perfectly here in the good old USA.

And it’s our fault. We were too busy raising our families and working honest jobs to go into politics or the media or education or show up for School Board meetings. We weren’t lazy, just too busy.

And now we’re going to pay for it.

In spades.

More like 90 years. And righties are to blame as much as lefties because we went along with a lot of it. Not all of it, but a lot of it. Enough to neuter ourselves. We trusted a third party (our fellow men) with flawed priorities (that is, a man-made "government") to provide for our every need instead of trusting the government that God placed within us to decide what is best for us.

It all started with Socialist Security, Medicare, This Government Program, That Government Program, The Other Government Program, Public Education (ouch, that's gonna sting. I can hear the yelps now)

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Tell me allllll about how you "paid into Socialist Security and Medicare your whole life."

Really? Who gets that money when you die one day before your 65th birthday?

Eddie Van Halen died at age 65 after paying millions of dollars into those programs. Did he will that money to Valerie and Wolfgang? Nyet. Sleepy and Chameleon get it now.

Go ahead. Flame away. Get it out of your system. Howl at the wind. See if that changes things.

I’ve been saying this for over 20 years. And no one has a solution or counter for it. Yes, inevitable.

I have to think back to the 70’s to remember when conservatives generally agreed that Social Security and Medicare are really socialism cloaked as a pension program.

Politics is downstream from culture and the leftists have targeted and overtaken the culture in nearly every way

and lefturd loon culture is the result of the dominant mode of thought. And the dominant mode of thought is an eclectic mixture of M2 and D2.

M2 = worship of big government + force

D2 = nihilism + subjectivism + relativism (anything goes)

I know that there are some conservatives in every sector of the economy including K-12, academia, Hollywood, journalism, government, etc. However, conservatives generally disdain careers in these fields so there are not all that many who pursue them. The few who do go into these fields encounter great hostility from the leftist majority and end up either stifling much of what they believe or getting cancelled.

So whether it was planned or just happened, the Marxists ended up successfully completing their March through the Institutions. They've even captured the boardrooms and top management of major corporations, probably to even their great surprise.

The solution is to either start a conservative March through the Institutions, or create conservative alternatives such as homeschooling in place of K-12, remote learning rather than academia, conservative radio shows and internet vlogging rather than the MSM, etc.

A conservative March could take a generation or more and would probably not be successful without some financial and public support. Conservative alternatives to the progressive status quo could be cancelled or forced to conform to progressive regimentation.

In any case we have our work cut out for us.
