Now hearing that Gen. Hyten and Gen. McInerney post a lot of the same stuff.

That seems weird. Hyten is Vice Chair of the Joint Chiefs. He signed that letter about Troops doing their duty and stated that on Jan 20 as confirmed by the states, courts, and congress that Biden will be sworn in and become the commander in chief.
