Questions About The Military Buildup

Before presenting the question, I believe it best for the reader review the concept of a S.A.L.U.T.E. report if they have not done so before answering:

How to use SALUTE Reports

SALUTE reports include:

• Size and/or strength of the observed force(s).
• Actions or activity of the said force.
• Location of the observed force(s) and direction of movement.
• Unit identification. The designation of the unit may be derived from unit markings, uniforms worn, or thorough information provided by previous intelligence.
• Time and date the force was observed.
• Equipment and weapons observed.

With that in mind, we hearing of a massive military troop presence in the District of Columbia not seen since 1861. Not to say that history is actually repeating itself but...

... I am more concerned with reports of National Guard build ups at state capitols. I have seen new reports from California, Florida, and Ohio for an increased presence in Sacramento, Tallahassee and Columbus, respectively. Which leads me to the question for those in the American audience:

1. Are we seeing troop increases in capital cities in your state? If so, can you provide news reports?
2. For persons in these cities, any chance you can provide a SALUTE report as described above? (Please indicate if you can confirm they are National Guard from your state)
3. For deployments to DC and elsewhere in CONUS, if you know of any persons being deployed, have the indicated how long their tour-of-duty may last?
4. Are businesses and/or services being commandeers for logistical support for said personnel in your area?
5. Outside of the DC area, can anyone report any un-expected road blocks being deployed in their area?
6. Lastly, have there been recent utility interruptions in your area (electric, water, sanitation and/or services)?

Let us be reminded that loose lips do in fact sink ships, and operational security must take precedence. But with the networking abilities of Real Americans being compromised, a national pattern of activity may not be noticed or reported from a single medium, but from a compilation of multiple reports.

Please note we are NOT looking for speculation(s) here. We are looking for concrete information to explain the increasing military activity for a perceived threat (as reported by the FBI and other sources) that justifies more boots on the ground than active duty troops in 2 foreign theaters of operation at current time.

I just witnessed 6 or 7 empty charter buses prepositioning - about 40 miles south of DC just off I-95.

Completely empty, they were all turning into a side road with gas, McDonalds, and hotels.

There is no tourist activity going on here.

I only gather general intel online. Even I have noticed interesting things.

No matter what is happening I can’t imagine that the military is in the dark about who the white hats are. And there must be a percentage who feel a manifest destiny that might surprise people.

But there is NEVER enough information made clear enough to enough military and civilians about corruption.
