Plus the Crystals, Righteous Brothers, Ike & Tina Turner, Teddy Bears, Connie Francis, and more. A lot of folks don't know he wrote or co-wrote some of the biggest hits of the artists he produced.
Undoubtedly, his biggest longest playing hit was "You've Lost That Loving Feeling" by the Righteous Brothers. He co-wrote it and you can hear the Wall of Sound. BMI says it got the most US air play in the 20th century.
I won't read his life story, but I do wonder if he was such flake and evil person in his early days? How can someone with such enormous creative talent wind up in his situation? Yes, I know many artists are the edge.
