Is Amazon GOING DOWN? Lawyer Explains Parler's Response - [regarding deplatforming of Parler]

No.
If a headline is a question, the answer is always no.
If a headline is a question in allcaps, the answer is no and the questioner is a moron.
No, Amazon is too big to “go down.” That is, unless John Galt is about to launch his alternative internet, and drive them into oblivion via the free market!! Are we still thinking that is about to happen?
LOL...Nice ZOT there, LL. Skewered him!
Is Amazon GOING DOWN?
Hmmm. I listened to the whole video. This is interesting. Did AWS terminate or suspend parler?
Could not get on YouTube, but found on Rumble:

“Is Amazon GOING DOWN? “
..on ?
Are there cheap trannie hookers around?
This guy’s pretty good!
Thanks for the link.
The video is about the likelyhood of Parler getting a temporary restraining order against Amazon, not about anyone GOING DOWN.
Nailed it.
They made agreement to provide hosting services
They violated Parlars right to freedom of speech
They devaluated Parlar by billions of dollars
The CEO of Parlar has to pack up his family and go into hiding due to death threats caused by the deplateforming
There is not a jury in the world that would let Amazon off.
I think Amazon might have violated the Sherman Anti Trust Act by working in concert with Apple and Google. But more likely the luck of the draw has probably put this case in front of an Obama judge which is something that seems to happen about 99% of the time when there is a case with political overtones. I am sure it is just coincidence.
Parler made an agreement with Amazon for hosting services.
Parler sued for breach of agreement.
Amazon countered in court that Parler violated AWS’s terms of service by not moderating violent speech on their web site.
What was Parler’s response? That they had terms of service for their website that forbade violent speech?
They suspended Parler immediately but the contract granted Parler 30 days notice before termination. Amazon is claiming a distinction between termination and suspension and that they did the latter.
Amazon is claiming (discussed at the end of this vlog) that it acted out of concern for the public interest—and that this shields them from action by Parler. How does that saying go:” Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel?”
It’s intricate, this presentation, and even at that incomplete. But the case has got legs.
I like his channel. Look forwards to Sundays when he does a one on one live chat with Robert Barnes. Earlier this week they did a debate/discuss with Alan Dershowitz that was good.
