I have to figure out how to download my photos from years past that are on FB. I hope I can do it in some way it doesn’t take me all day.

It’s easy. You can go into your FB account and click on Settings & Privacy, then Facebook Information and then Download Your Information. It will create a zip file that has all of your info in folders.

Kim Komando published an article this week on how to transfer your photos and videos to dropbox. From there, you can make a local copy and ensure nothing is overlooked. Once fully backed up off FB, you can delete your account. At that point, you will lose access to your "assets" associated with that account.

There is an option on FB to download your entire account. I can’t remember how to do it, but I know it’s there. I used it when I got off of it a few years ago.
