I trust Navarro’s analysis more than Powell’s and his numbers show something closer to a 60-40 split for Trump versus 70-30 in terms of the margins Trump likely won by Georgia, PA, MI, etc. and that would translate to Trump not quite winning NY, RI, MD, IL, or CA and definitely not winning NJ, Mass, or CT.
No doubt after all is revealed about what the demoncrats have been up to the 70% will seem quite believable. People will lie to your face. People who told you proudly that they voted for Biden and you were a boob to vote for Trump will say that of course they voted for Trump.
It seems Powell had access to mil intel about the actual results. And some analysts seem to be taking only the machine stuff into account (apparently), there were other factos such as illegals/dead/etc votes, thrown away votes and all the rest. The machine theft is only part of it.
