I have worked farm, field and camo, the only time I have heard the term concertina wire was way back when it came out on huge rolls that we had to stretch out like you see on the old war movies, Barbed wire.
Now Razor wire heck no-one would call that stuff anything less than what it was. Mean nasty to setup and hellish if you thought you could recover it without getting the super glue out.
