The red lines are not the same as what is at the bottom, namely, USSS and CASTLE_ROCK
You can cross a red line, but USSS and Castle_Rock are results of crossing the line(s). That is my opinion below the red lines.
Operation Castle Rock
“During the training exercise, staff were presented with unexpected, impromptu scenarios that tested military problem solving and decision-making skills. Operation Castle Rock fit squarely into one of the main mission elements of the U.S. Army Reserve: increasing critical engineer capabilities in order to modernize and maintain expeditionary combat power, with an emphasis on COVID-19 countermeasures.
The U.S. Army Reserve continuously focuses on Soldier health and safety, but that focus was made even sharper by the COVID-19 variable, as 412th TEC warfighting cells worked shoulder-to-shoulder within a mobile tactical operations center.”
What is the current deployment status of the 412th TEC?
Are they [or a portion of them] in DC?
They are Army Reservists and subject to call up.
For the first time ever, the U.S. government openly declared the CCP’s claims in the South China Sea “completely unlawful” and sanctioned more than 20 PRC companies for aiding PRC’s maritime claims. pic.twitter.com/Pf77wXvMBu— Secretary Pompeo (@SecPompeo) January 17, 2021
